This notice covers the public Clarity website and its demo-request form, not patient services or clinical systems.
Demo requests
With your consent, the form collects your name, work email, organisation, area of interest, and any optional role and message you provide. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or other sensitive health data.
Storage and retention
Contact records are securely saved in Cloudflare D1 for review by the site owner through an authorised account. Contact records are retained for 90 days and then deleted by housekeeping. A successful form submission confirms that your request was saved; it does not confirm email delivery.
Abuse prevention
The contact endpoint uses a hashed IP address for a 10-minute rate-limit window. The rate-limit records do not contain a raw IP address, and housekeeping deletes expired keys. The hosting provider also processes network requests to serve and protect this website.
Your device preferences
The light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. You can remove it by clearing this website’s local storage. The form does not store your contact details in local storage.
